How Long Will It Take - Many orders are created within 24/72 hrs. Please allow time for creation "plus" shipping time. Shipping time depends on the type of shipping purchased.

 

Avoid Melted Chocolate - During warm months, we do ship wrapped bar orders with ice pack and insulated peanuts. We suggest that you order 2nd day or quicker during this time for best results. Should your chocolate arrive soft, leave in original condition in room temperature. Your chocolate should then reform. Do not put in the fridge or freezer as it may turn the chocolate white. The chocolate will still be good, just that the color will change.

 

Color Changes - Please contact us should you need changes in colors on a candy wrapper or invitation. Most of our designs are created by our own in house artist and may be altered to fit your needs.

 

Wording On Product - We allow the customer to write whatever they feel is best on the candy wrappers and invitations. Please note that if you write a large amount of words, that the design may be altered, to fit your word needs.

 

Free Proof - When placing your order, we allow you to check if you would like to see an online proof or not. Please note, the longer it takes for you to approve a product, the longer the delay in shipping will be.

 

Chocolate - The chocolate we use is Hershey 1.55oz milk chocolate bars. It is both Koscher and Gluten Free.

 

Need a Design We Don't Have - We accept ideas for products. We will do our best to make a design to fit your needs that we will also offer our other customers at no extra charge.

 

Select World Wide Shipping - Currently we offer shipping to the US, Canada and Australia.

Need By Date - We offer a place to put your need by date at checkout, this does not guarantee that we will hold an item until that date.

If you need a product held for a select date, please contact us before ordering.

Products may go out as quick as 24/48hrs.

 

About Our Printing - Printed on professional quality gloss paper for candy wrappers, heavyweight invitation cardstock for invites, we use world friendly non-toxic ink for our invitations and candy bar wrappers.

 

Returns & Cancels

Personalized items cannot be returned as they are personalized and cannot be resold.

If we personally make an error on your order, we will immediately offer a revised product at no charge. If the error is on the part of the customer (spelling errors etc.) we will do our best to work for a solution for you.

We cannot catch all customer spelling errors, so please check all spelling at time of order.

 

Canceling an order can be done if caught before creation. 

Please note that creation can start within 12hrs. If the creation has been made, but not shipped a shipping refund may be made only. Any product already sent out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

 

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually made within 24hrs, need by date is available if you would like to hold the product for later delivery.

* It's always suggested to order your products more than two weeks before needed date to allow ample time for creation and delivery during holiday times.

*Very large orders may take slightly longer to create.

 

Minimum Order

Unlike most companies, we require no minimum order for wrappers and invitations..

 

Colors:

Please note that all computer monitors are different, therefore they may show colors different than the actual finished product. For example: blues may be more gray, pinks may be more purple etc.
