When will my order arrive?

Short Answer: About a week

Long Answer: Most orders are created and shipped out within 48 hours. Also, our normal shipping option is USPS Priority mail which takes approximately 2-3 days to most locations. So it should take about 4-5 business days to arrive. You can upgrade the shipping method to USPS Express to guarantee that it only takes 1-2 days shipping time.

Why don't you offer wrapped candy bars?

Our candy wrappers are incredibly easy to assemble. Shipping wrapped bars increases the shipping cost dramatically. Unfortunately some shipping partners will leave a package outside in the elements which makes shipping chocolate difficult even with ice packs. I'm getting an error during checkout.

Most errors are due to billing address problems. Your billing address must match the address on file with your bank. Some banks take some time to update this information across their network, so if you have moved in the past few months, try using the previous address as your Billing Address. We will never ship anything to the billing address, only to the shipping address.

 

Note: if you are getting error 10759, double check that you have the correct credit card type selected. If the credit card details are correct, and you are still getting this error, please try another payment method.

I have multiple charges on my bank statement.

If you tried checking out, and the order was declined for whatever reason. Your bank may put a temporary hold on the funds. These funds will typically be released within a few days. Unfortunately, this is common practice among banks and we have no control over it. If the charges still appear on your statement after a week, feel free to contact us and we'll investigate it.
