Fun and Games

It's time to have fun playing games and what can you do?  Here are some helpful game ideas we have seen played in the past as several special occasions we have been too.

Baby Photo Game

Guess the baby!  Each guest is required to bring a baby picture of themselves to the party.  Guests will have to try and guess who the picture belongs too.  "Sorry Grandma" but you can't play since you will know who most of the pictures belong too!

Baby Song Game

Divide your guests into groups with a 5 minute timer.  In that amount of time, your guests will be required to come up with enough songs with baby in the title to win.  Make sure your groups are even with some older and younger guests together, as the older your guests are, the more songs they may know.

Baby Pin Game

Purchase tiny closed baby diaper pins from your local craft store (metal king) and place them in a large bowl of rice.  Give each guest a blind fold and time them for 1min each.  The one to pick out the most pins in that time wins.  This game is surprisingly hard.

Baby Poo

As each guest arrives, pull a nametag from the stack and have them fill out their name and stick it on their shirt.  Any sticky name tag from the office supply store will do.  On the back of one nametag, put a small brown marker dot.  At the end of the night, ask all guests to pull off their nametags and see who has the dot, the one with the brown poo wins!

Baby Food Tasters

Each guest will be required to take one taste of a baby food jar (give each guest a spoon), they then write down what food they think it is on a paper.  Have about 8 foods in all.  The one who figures out the most wins.  Make sure you take the tables off and write down which jar is what.  Taping a number on the bottom and writing the number down on a piece of paper with name of jar is helpful.

Marshmallow Game

Fill a large bowl with tiny marshmallows and have the same size of an empty bowl next to it.  Blind fold your guests and give them a large spoon.  Each guest has the chance to spoon out marshmallows into the other bowl.  The one who does the most wins.  This is a hard game as the weight of the marshmallow is so light they can't feel them in the spoon.

No matter what you play, we are sure your baby shower guests will have fun.
